Are there age limits?

No! Ultimate Air welcomes people of all ages, sizes, and physical abilities and jumpers are separated in zones by age/size.  All jumpers must be able to follow our rules.

Do I need to bring footwear?

Ultimate Air has specially designed Ultimate Air Socks to enhance your jumping experience that are available for for purchase. No Ultimate Air Socks, no jumping!  You may bring back your previously purchased Ultimate Air Socks rather than buying new Ultimate Air Socks.

Can I jump with my kids?

At Ultimate Air we keep it safe! We separate jumpers by age/size to help avoid injuries. Our team members reserve the right to move jumpers around to different courts or different zones for safety.

Reservation Information

Walk-ins are welcome anytime, but we do have a capacity limit! Pre-purchased tickets for individuals and smaller groups are highly recommended in order to guarantee (when available) your jump time.  Individual and small group tickets may be purchased by clicking here. Can I bring my own food?

Sorry, no outside food or drinks are allowed.  We do have food and drinks available by visiting our snack bar!

What is the difference between a reservation, birthday party, or group/corporate event?

Reservations are for jumping only.  Birthday parties and/or group/corporate events include jumping and the use of our private room.  Food and drinks may also be provided based on the birthday or event package purchased.

Do I need to complete a waiver before I jump?

Yes. Every jumper needs to sign a liability waiver. If you are under the age of 18, your parent or legal guardian must fill the waiver out for you, but does not have to be present when you visit Ultimate Air. Waivers can be filled out online before you arrive or filled out at our park before you jump.

I have already filled out a waiver for a previous visit.  Do I need to fill out another waiver?

Valid and legible waivers for walk-in customers are kept on file for one year. However, for a variety of reasons, this cannot be guaranteed. It's always a good idea to bring a new one or call ahead to see if your waiver remains valid. You can complete your waiver online before getting to the park.

Do I need to make a reservation?

We accept walk-in customers during all open hours of operation (subject to availability). Reservations are HIGHLY recommended for a confirmed number of jumpers and time, but are not required.
